This Privacy Policy explains how Evoke Immersiv FZCO ("Immersiv") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Immersiv app, visit immersiv.global, or attend our sessions.

- Session engagement data, which sessions you complete and how often
- Device type and operating system, for support purposes
- App usage patterns, to improve content
Payment: all purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your card details, only confirmation that a purchase was made.
3. How we use your information
- To provide and maintain your app access
- To send session updates and news, unsubscribe anytime
- To respond to support requests
- To improve our content
- To comply with UAE law
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for automated profiling.
4. In-app purchases
Apple processes all transactions. Manage or cancel your subscription via Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions.
5. Breathwork content
Our content is for wellness and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional if you have health concerns.
6. Data sharing
We only share data with service providers we use to operate, if required by UAE law, or in a business transfer with advance notice. We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.
7. Your rights, UAE PDPL
Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent. Email info@immersiv.ae and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Children
Our services are not for children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child submitted data and we will delete it.
9. Changes
We will post updates here with a revised effective date. Significant changes will be notified by email or in-app.
